Høvik, Hadeland, Hestviken

Høvik Glassworks (Norway) started producing glass floats from the year 1870 and could have marked their work with the 'H' marking. Hadeland Glassworks (Norway) manufacted glass floats before they joined the Christiania Magasin production in 1898 and had their own 'H' marking as well. Hestviken Glassworks (Norway) produced glass floats in the operating period from 1849 to 1857. The embossed 'H' is located on the float's seal button.


Letter 'H' marked float 4,5" in diameter. The color is dark forest green. With a newer nylon netting. From our own collection.
