Flesland

Flesland Glassworks (Norway) operated in the period 1937-1951 near the closed down Bergen Glassworks. The production marks of the Flesland Glassworks are dotted 'F' that is believed to be one of the first Flesland floats markings, 'F1-F8' and 'F.G. Made in Norway'. There is a great variety of different sized (from 2 to 8" in diameter) and colored glass floats made at Flesland. The glasswork produced grooved egg floats and teardrop shaped floats as vell.
